2. Service Agreement
Before starting a project, we may confirm the following with the client:
- Services included
- Project requirements
- Deliverables
- Project timeline
- Total charges
- Payment schedule
- Number of revisions
- Client responsibilities
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change unless a specific quotation or agreement has been issued to the client.
Depending on the project, we may require:
- Full payment in advance; or
- An agreed advance payment followed by milestone/final payments.
Work may begin only after the required payment has been received.
Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged separately.
4. Refund & Cancellation
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the stage of project completion.
Once substantial work has been completed, payments may not be refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable service agreement.
If a client wishes to cancel a project, they should contact us as soon as possible.
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed according to the agreed service terms and applicable law.
5. Project Timeline
We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeline.
However, delays may occur because of:
- Late client responses
- Delayed content or information
- Delayed approvals
- Third-party services
- Hosting/domain issues
- Payment delays
- Technical problems beyond our reasonable control
In such circumstances, the project timeline may be extended accordingly.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and timely:
- Business information
- Logo and branding materials
- Images and other media
- Website content
- Login/access credentials where required
- Product/service information
- Feedback and approvals
The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to ZenLix Digital do not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights or other legal rights.
7. Website Development
For website projects, the client is responsible for reviewing the website before final approval.
After final approval, additional changes or new requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
Domain, hosting, premium plugins, themes, third-party software, paid APIs, stock assets and other third-party services may have separate charges unless specifically included in the project quotation.
8. SEO & Digital Marketing Disclaimer
SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital marketing services involve third-party platforms and changing algorithms.
ZenLix Digital does not guarantee:
- A specific Google ranking
- A specific number of leads
- A specific number of sales
- A specific advertising ROI
- A specific number of followers
- Approval of advertisements by third-party platforms
We will provide services using reasonable professional efforts and agreed strategies, but results can vary based on competition, market conditions, budget, platform policies and other factors outside our control.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:
- Meta
- WordPress
- Hosting providers
- Domain registrars
- Payment providers
- Analytics platforms
- Social media platforms
ZenLix Digital is not responsible for changes, interruptions, suspension, policy changes or technical failures caused by third-party platforms.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ZenLix Digital retains ownership of its:
- Original templates
- Internal processes
- Frameworks
- Proprietary methods
- Reusable design elements
- Business materials
Upon receipt of full payment, the client may receive rights to the final project deliverables as agreed in the applicable project agreement.
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
11. Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ZenLix Digital may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media or marketing materials for promotional purposes.
If a client requires confidentiality or does not want their project displayed publicly, this should be communicated to us before project completion.
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our Website or services for unlawful purposes, including activities involving:
